SMC-Kolpino delivers to the Severstal company more than 180 tons of procurements for Lahta Center

SMC-Kolpino (“Severstal Russian Steel” division) will  deliver over 180 tons of steel procurements for the construction of an ultramodern complex Lahta Center in St. Petersburg until the end of the 1st quarter of 2018.

The order includes 1200 products from metal rolling 12 mm thick processed on the mill of plasma cutting and the sheet bending equipment of the entity according to drawings of the customer.

The procurements will be used for construction of system of  servicing and illumination of a skyscraper Lahta Center.

“The feature of the metalcenter is an opportunity to make the wide list of steel products, including non-standard forms and sizes. For  the entity – it is not just a new, interesting area of work, but also a possibility of development of business cooperation in the region having powerful industrial potential,” — the director of SMC-Kolpino Ivan Antimonov comments.

Nowadays SMC-Kolpino actively develops the cooperation with  the entities of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, offering the service in cleaning, cutting, bending, rolling and welding of metal rolling to the industrial companies.

Lahta Center, complex of 400 thousand square meters, is  under construction in Primorsky district of St. Petersburg on the bank of the Gulf of Finland. Its dominant, 462 meters skyscraper, will become the highest building of Europe.
